I couldn't find my receipt to return it so I beat the thing to pieces in my driveway. It was worth the same in pieces as it was brand new. For every minute that it cuts weeds, you spend hours fixing it, feeding it, trying a hundred different ways for it to work. You could literally pluck one blade of grass at a time before someone could finish with this JUNK.

Weed Eater should find everybody who purchased this item and return their money with an apology. Then MAYBE people might buy a different model. As it stands, I will NEVER buy anything with the Weed Eater brand name. Minus 10 stars for this product.

If I could give this less than one star I would. In order to feed more line, you need to turn the unit upside down and press a release button while pulling on the line. And if that wasn't cumbersome enough, it doesn't work! The line binds up so you have to take the cap off and free up the line. And you have to do this every single time you want to feed more line.

Save you money. This unit is useless.
