I gotten Foamtreads GOLD BLK W 080 - items the other day. It has worked exactly as advertised. I highly recommend them for the price!! Don't pay outrageous prices in retail stores, these work fine, arrive quickly, and are priced at practically give-away prices! Checked the distances with other items and looks to be very specific. Thrilled I made the buy. It was cheap and it works great. Problems All is as advertised and works great They were cheaper and shipped immediately. . Not sure what is better than a FANTASTIC deal! I really love these shoes. I expected the pain of breaking them in and it was there like all other ballroom shoes. What I didn't understand was that it came with 5 holes to buckle it and I had to add extra for it to be tight enough. Other than that, they were perfect for a first pair of ballroom shoes.

I read several reviews before purchasing my first pair of capezios. I've danced ballroom and salsa for close to 7 years, and have bought everything from VeryFine to Supadance, and have ALWAYS ordered a size down from my street size and been happy. I should have stayed true to my ordering patterns, but purchased my street size after reading several reviews. If you're looking for these for a wedding or casual dancing, sure go ahead and order what's comfortable. But if you're a serious ballroom or latin dancer, go with your gut. I am wishing I'd ordered these a size smaller, and will probably re-order and keep the larger ones for more casual events where there happens to be dancing.

Lovely lightweight flexible shoe, but not a great fit for my slim (is there a better term for this) feet. My feet are medium width, but they are rather thin in the top-to-bottom dimension. This isn't typically a problem for me when buying shoes, so I was surprised by the loose fit.

Ankle strap is much too long for me - if I were to keep these I'd have to add my own holes.

Length was true to size for my size nine foot.
